Interview
The interview was given by the CFO at the time. We talked in his office for about 30 minutes, then he took me on a tour of the plant and other offices. He then offered the job and had me fill out paperwork for benefits.

Interview
It was a very simple process and not super stressful. There was light aptitude testing that I recall. I just met with the department manager and chatted for 45 minutes or so about job responsibilities and benefits offered, 2 weeks paid vacation/sick time. Then met an owner, then offered the job. Drug testing would be done on or around first day of employment.

The interviewer was friendly and cheerful and seemed to have an interest in my recent employement and how long I had been there. They asked me whats hours I was looking for and what pay did I expect to recieve for the job I was applying for and what what shift I would be interested in working.
