and cultural fit. The process often begins with an initial phone or video screening, where a recruiter or interviewer discusses your background and asks basic technical or behavioral questions. This is followed by technical interviews that may include coding challenges, algorithm design, or system design questions, often conducted on a shared platform like Google Docs or a virtual whiteboard. If you progress, there’s an onsite or virtual loop with several rounds, focusing on areas like coding, system design, behavioral questions, and role-specific problem-solving. Google places a strong emphasis on structured thinking, collaboration, and alignment with its core values, so expect questions that test both your technical expertise and how you approach complex problems.

Interview
The process was quite clear and easy to follow, first a phone call followed by face to face meeting in store. Everyone was quite welcoming and made sure I was relaxed for the interview.

Where I would like to go with my career and future aspirations
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Burberry (London, England)
Interview
Had a phone call and video interview the was asked to attend a group interview. When I turned up it was empty and it turned out the HR rep cancelled and didn’t let me know, then when I emailed to ask what was happening she said she’d mistyped my email. She asked me to reschedule which I did, and she said she’d confirm the date and time the same week. I never heard back from her.
Pretty easy going. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and it wasn't a "scary" process at all. Nothing came as a surprise and they asked very role/industry-focused questions. It wasn't drawn out either which I appreciated.
