Assesment Centre -One HR Manager and three Store Managers. -10 candidates. We are greeted and driven to a meeting room ad invited to seat in a round table. The Burberry team is very nice and friendly, the ask you not to be nervous, just relax and be yourself! 1. Introduce yourself briefly: name, what have you done last years, and say 2 trues and one lie about you. Every body in the group has to find out which is the lie so this makes the atmosphere more relaxed. 2. Roll play: one of the managers acts like a customer with a trouble or problem and, working in group, you have to solve it. We had to decide what are we going to do and then we have to ask a question per person to the "customer", one by one. 3.Writting: You have to write down a thank you letter to a customer who spent 2K in the store and who is traveling to Hong Kong in a few days. 4. Each Store Manager makes a question to the table and we have to answer one by one: -Which store or department do you prefer? - What is the most positive and negative o this job (sales associate)? -what would you do in the Store if it's quite and there are no customers? Personal interview Me and the Store manager. Questions about my CV, what did I learn in my last job, why do you want to work for Burberry, etc.The typical questions. And that's it! After that they ask if you have any questions and that you'll know about them in a few days. Good luck!
