Ghosted Me. Disorganized hiring process, poor communication, little respect for candidate time.
I went through multiple rounds for a corporate role, including interviews with HR and senior leadership, and invested a meaningful amount of time and energy into the process. The conversations were positive, which made the complete silence afterward even more disappointing.
No follow-up, no closure, and the only update was seeing the role reposted. When I reached out for clarity, getting any response felt like pulling teeth. At that point, I was left to assume with their they began hiring before they were truly clear on what they needed or ready to prioritize the role.
Candidates still deserve basic respect, communication, and acknowledgment for the time they put in. For a company centered around hospitality and guest experience, this was not the experience I received.
