Overall, interview process was disorganized, chaotic, and disappointing. While the broader team was nice and friendly, there were significant areas for improvement. The interview began with a recruiting screen as well as a call with the hiring manager. This was followed by a take home case and follow-up interview call. The process then concluded with a final round on-site that took approximately 4 hours. Positives: - Friendly and positive team - Good company culture Negatives: - The recruiting team switched half-way through the process leading to confusion about my role and the process - The recruiting team forgot to send me the take-home case and I had to follow-up to receive it - After the final round on-site in which I was told I would get a call-back the next business day, I was completely ignored by the recruiting team. After not hearing anything for 3 days, I proceeded to email the recruiting team who continued to ignore my message. Only after 3 weeks and another follow-up email to the hiring manager (who also did not respond to me) did I receive an automated boiler plate email regarding my status. I think this is a very poor reflection on a promising start-up.

Applied for a different job, but was requested to interview for an unposted job. Went through screening interview, challenge exercise and final round. Final round consisted of five one on one interviews.
