I was very curious to find out how they marketed their clients and in the first round interview but the second round interview really stuck out to me, not only just how they market but how their business was growing and how they needed to find the right people to team up with to help develop a larger organization. All in all, I was surprised how thorough and depth the interview process was and how much I learned. I felt like the growth opportunity was in line with some of my personal goals so I decided to accept the position after the third round. I haven't looked back!

I found the office and employees to be very pleasant as a whole, very welcoming. I wasn't able to move on with the interview process due to my current relocation plans but I found the conversation to be insightful and I was impressed but the company they have built in a short amount of time. I hope to explore it again when my plans are more concrete.
