Bulgari Sales Associate interview questions

I passed to the second round of interview with the store manager and was in the process of getting a date and time for the second round of interview as something happened and I was unable to attend the very first time. We were looking at another date and suddenly I got ghosted by the HR lady as she just read my messages and didn't get back. Such a huge company with a huge name. I expected more from them at least basic courtesy. Not sure how I managed to pass to the second round as the interviewer mentioned how inexperience I am in this field and said "I don't know how you are going to do it"
