First step was a phone interview where I was asked to talk briefly about my experience and what I knew about Builders.
Second interview was in person with an HR rep and an underwriting manager. Was asked to go through my resume. Followed with 5-6 behavioral based questions, i.e. tell us about a time when you worked under tight deadlines, had to deal with a difficult person, had to make an unpopular decision, etc. Closed by asking if I had any questions.
Third interview with mid-level leader. This was just an informal discussion where they were making sure I was the right cultural fit.
