I first spoke with HR, after HR determined I was qualified for the role, I had an hour long interview with the hiring manager. After I spoke with the hiring manager, there were two product exercises; one was a take home assignment the other was an hour long strategy assignment based on a prompt. After completing the two product exercises, I met with the founders of the company. It was a pretty extensive interview process, but bringing on new employees is expensive, so they did their due diligence.
