Telephonic round and face to face. I was knowing a lot of people working at build.com so it was pretty easy for me to get in. If you know some one in higher authority then you will get in for sure. That's what I did. :)

They didn't ask me any difficult question. Just about my past work. If you know someone at build.com then consider you will get the job for sure.
