Build Recruitment Maintenance Carpenter/All Rounder interview questions

I was working on a hotel,refurbishing self catering properties in the grounds,for a sub contractor.Whilst there,one of the hotels maintenance carpenters left and a position came up.I said I may be interested and filled in an application form.They knew what I was capable of and approx 1month later they offered me the position.
