Interview
I had a 3:00 interview. Manager did not get to work until 3:45 where he/she then sent out a Shift Lead to conduct my interview which went well despite the fact he was not who I was supposed to be meeting with. It was very quiet and dim in the restaurant which was my first indication that I actually may not want to work there. Never got to meet the manager despite the fact I was supposed to be scheduled for a “second interview”…. I would guess that’s a nice way of saying “sorry let’s do this another time”. They do not start you behind the bar no matter what your experience level is which is understandable for a restaurant that actually has traffic…… anyway, the shift lead told me they have a high turnover rate. I can see why.

Interview
Meet with the kitchen manager who obviously knows the Operation! They were not excepting me for the interview!! Lacking communication skills within that company. It same like a fun place to work but the Management needs more training..
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings in Jun 2025
Interview
I was asked basic questions about familiarity with the role and previous experience. I was asked about scheduling and availability as well. Since I had no experience in the role they inquired about other roles that could have had similar skills. They also asked if I would be comfortable serving food and hosting as well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (Austin, TX)
Interview
Easy interview. The manager was nice. The place was not that clean. Most people were friendly. Asked about beer knowledge. Declined offer as my hours didnt fit their needs at this time
