I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (Columbia, SC) in Jun 2017
Interview
It was quick and easy. The hardest part was getting someone to actually interview me. I had to come up there many different times for a scheduled interview but no one hiring manager was there. There is no background check and no drug test. Simple quick hire
The interview was pretty straightforward and casual. I applied online and got a call back within a few days to come in for an in-person interview. It was a one-on-one conversation with the kitchen manager and lasted about 15–20 minutes. They asked basic questions about my previous kitchen experience, how I handle a fast-paced environment, and food safety knowledge. They also wanted to know if I was comfortable working late nights and weekends. I was offered the job on the spot and started training within a week.
