Call with HR, call with founder/team lead. Negotiations. And then a background verification. Everyone is very easy to talk to and make the interview conversation simple and not very formal.

They kept me waiting for two straight days on blank screen. No one joined on the first day to which HR requested me to join next day at same time as the manager is busy next day also no one joined. HR didn’t pick the calls and never responded to emails. Such a waste of time and very unprofessional attitude.
