I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange (Austin, TX) in Jun 2018
Interview
They asked me a few questions about my personal style, some terminology I knew, and then asked me to pull five pieces from the floor and describe them/why I chose them.
3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
There were 3 interviews. First, an informal interview. For the next interview I was quizzed on current styles for men and women. At the final interview I was offered the job
