Manager scheduled a phone interview first. We then met in person at the office with another director. After that, there was a meeting with the Executive Director and HR. I had to complete background check, fingerprinting, and TB test.

Long. I had to come in multiple times to interview with different people. It took some time to process the paperwork. I did not take the job. I think it is a good place to work.

I do not remember but they were situational. Some behavioral questions.
It was very smooth an easy just be yourself and be honest. Interviews are normally nerve wrecking but these people make you feel comfortable. Do not stress and be you and you will do just fine
