Buckles-Smith Electric Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Initially interviewed for the role I had applied and had a referral for with the hiring manager. Was brought in for the second round of interviews for a completely different role which was not explained to me before arriving at the facility until I sat down for the second round.
