Day 1: they call you literally immediately after you apply. the application ask for you name and resume- thats it. They ask you basic interview questions that are so generic and scripted even the person conducting the interview is bored.
Day 2: Literally the next day they will take you out on a "shadowing experience" which really just means you get to sit in the car with some random person you don't know, drive to some random part of the city, park and walk around into random businesses for 8 straight hours. They do not tell you any information about benefits or anything like that so if you ask enjoy getting dodged as if you are one of their clients.
Part 3: this is actually day 2 as well. They hand you a sheet with 5 simple questions- what did you think of the person interviewing you, etc. They then offer you. Literally EVERY single person gets offered.
