I sent my Cover Letter and Resume for the same position in multiple locations and I wanted to emphasize my interest by following up with a phone call after 2 weeks of not hearing back from them. They make it impossible to get through to a real person. Even if I had been a bad candidate for the job, I got the feeling that they have no desire to speak with any of the public considering they're impossible to reach. Not a good look. On another note, I was landlocked in their poorly planned parking lot for 2 hours last summer. Noone was directing the flow of traffic and it was honestly a nightmare. I called the local police to hopefully get someone to direct traffic, like they do when there's a wreck, construction, after school, etc. but the police said that Buc'ees was a private property that there was nothing they could do. And yet there were no Buc'ees managers out there helping us. Shame.
