Waited for about 3 weeks to get a response, on week 2 I ended up going to the place and asking about my application, took down my name and number! three seperate interviews 1 phone, 1 with gm, and 1 with a big boss! super easy just be yourself!

one thing they asked was what would this company benefit from a worker like me?
Asked a few questions and answered them. Offered job and did paper work for a background check. Asked what day I could start. Start the next week. Got the shift I wanted and the job I applied for.

Interview
The interview process is quite simple. Show up in nice attire and look presentable. Be able to talk about yourself and what you know how to do. Be conversational because they are looking for people friendly employees. There is no drug test so do not ask if there is one

They will ask if you will be able to be on time everyday because that is extremely important. Do you have any piercings or tattoos? If so and they are visible then don't show up for the interview cause you are not getting hired. They will ask about your experience and why you want to work at Buc-ees.
