Not difficult at all. Just apply online first and wait a day or two before going in person and tell them you want work and tell them you already applied online. They only ask a few simple questions like "What do you know about Bubba's?", or what's your availability.

Interview
Very casual and easy going. Hiring manager was very relaxed and the conversation flowed well. Nothing out of the ordinary, very typical interview questions. They are quick to answer any questions you may have, and will most likely give you an answer on the spot.
