Bryka interview questions

I recently attended an interview process consisting of two rounds: a test and a discussion. While the test was straightforward, the discussion round felt unproductive as the questions asked were not relevant to the role. Additionally, I found a lack of professionalism in the process, with no clear ethical values demonstrated during the interaction. Despite following up multiple times, I did not receive any update on the outcome, which left a negative impression of the team's approach to candidate engagement.
