Pros:
It was a very pleasant but detailed interview process from the first phone call to the final. The team including the president were nice and easy to get along with.
Cons:
The company in itself is extremely outdated in their operations and practices. Very tough for any millennial to see a future here. No options for virtual training (especially during these unprecedented times), they do not provide you with any company hardware that you might require (only a desktop and office landline), average compensation package (low base + commission and basic benefits) and they pay only by cheque.
