Interview
The communication from the Manager to the interview process , were timely and professional. I was instantly made to feel at ease , and was able to be be myself. I was given the opportunity to spend 15mins with two members of staff that are actually doing the position. This was a very honest and positive experience, which gave me a true insight to the job.

Interview
I applied online and received a phone call from Tom within a few days. We had a very nice conversation about my work experiences and he explained the role and replied to any questions I had. He also invited me for a group interview to be held at a Bruntwood site the following week. The group interview was really nice, the environment was positive and well organised and both the Recruitment team and the Managers were friendly and supportive, Really good experience overall.

Previous work experience and how would I deal with a challenging scenario, They also asked me to present myself as a person and share my hobbies and dreams.
Amazing - the recruiter Tudor is was brilliant, talked me through everything and set up a time that worked perfectly for me, the interview itself started on time which I think always makes a difference, was in a nice meeting room (not a staff canteen lol) and both people interviewing me were kind and engaged not just reading off a script.
