Eerst telefonische kennismaking, waarin kort CV werd besproken. Daarna eerste kennismaking met desbetreffende manager, vervolgd door een persoonlijkheidstest. Tijdens tweede gesprek, met andere manager en toekomstig collega, de test besproken. Hierna aanbieding per mail en arbeidsvoorwaardengesprek.
