Interview
I had a phone interview first and immediately scheduled an in person interview with hiring manager and HR. I withdrew my application because the travel was going to be more than I wanted. The actual in person interview was very low key and more conversational. Not a lot of questions were asked of me.

They had me present a topic to check for adult learning theory.
