Series of 3 interviews. 1st round is general questions one-on-one with an administrator. Second round is you with 12+ admin watching you deliver a mock lesson to them as students.

Prepare a mock lesson to a board of 12 admin, in a board room, which focuses on a priority standard of ELA for either K-2 or 3-5. Materials provided include: a projection screen, a laptop which is delayed in connecting to Wi-Fi.
