Brown & Joseph interview questions

Held in a conference room just inside the main door. Advised we could be interrupted since they had not "booked" that room for the interview. Started out very informal, asking about general knowledge, etc. Interview lasted maybe 30 minutes. The interviewer was unprofessional, talked more about himself and the company and easily talked for 80% of the time we met with me talking 10%. As a prior leader with managers reporting to me, I would immediately remove this individual from my management team. He was not a leader.
