It was pretty standard. Questions you would expect for the position. Your motivation, your expectations, your experience etc. The HR person was lovely. It was short and straight to the point.
Less promising than they make it seem; terrible communication long drawn out process. They called me back offering me a "new role" they had not advertised said they would call me back in the next couple days and no response
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brown & Brown (Daytona Beach, FL) in Jan 2026
Interview
1. Laid back call asking questions regarding availability, resume, goals, etc. No more than 5 minutes
2. Interview in person (non-technical). Resume-grilling + why brown and brown. Be prepared to go in depth with projects/experiences
