Almost entirely behavioral, with some markets related questions. Emphasis on company culture and structure, why investment management, and resume. First round interview followed by a super day that is either in person or virtual.

It went smooth, and the first round was with 4 analysts (30min with 2 analysts x2). All behavioral. People were very friendly as well, which was nice. Final round is a superday at the Baltimore office.
All behavioral questions and questions about some things on your resume. Two rounds of interviews total and are pretty flexible with the timing of it. Did not experience any technical questions.
