I had one, in-person panel interview consisting of 4-5 current employees including CHRO and Chief of Finance. The questions were broad and specific, with a concentration on Situational and behavioral question types.

Talk about a situation in as much detail as possible in which I needed to update Job Families and related salary bands. In addition, the methods used, the research conducted, the timing and type of communication, and how it was planned out.
