What do center rotations look like in your classroom
There are career fairs where you can bring forth your resumes and talk to several administrators. Be ready to share your experiences, classroom management strategies and have questions ready to ask.
I was interviewed by admin and the support staff of the school I applied for. It went pretty well, I was asked about my past teaching experience, classroom management, and other questions about my professional and instructional practice.
