Screening call with HR, who didn't know much about the role; screening call with hiring manager; in-person interview with six people (back to back interviews with 3 groups of 2 people in each interview). No time in between for break.

Question 1
They talked less about what they wanted from the candidate and more about how wonderful they are. Truly. They told me about their employment histories elsewhere and what brought them to Brother, but didn't ask me a whole lot of specific questions.
