Straightforward, had a phone screening, sent my resume, and had an interview with manager and HR. More of a conversation than an interview, only a few "interview" questions. Nothing technical.

Managerial round was technical asked about Systems, Lean questions. Tried to ask me how I applied my skills at work level.
