This was a 2 part interview. Part 1 was a phone interview with a recruiter to discuss available positions and hours, and Part 2 was an interview at the clinic with the clinic manager.

Interview
Attended an open "job fair" and found the administrative presence very welcoming. Spoke via telephone to at least two contact persons from human resources department following the "job fair", and eventually was contacted for phone interview by interim department manager. All contact was professional and courteous.

All questions were straight forward. One of the contact persons asked for my lowest salary expectation/"deal-breaker" figure. I was a little surprised that the question came up so early and via phone call.
