Met with potential supervisor and two other staff. Questions were pretty straightforward, about experience, why choosing them, questions designed to get at thoughts on race/racism and justice but nothing too unexpected.

There was one phone screening interview and two Zoom interviews- the first with two deputy directors, the second with the same directors and four other employees including several Staff Attorneys, the Executive Director, and a Paralegal. I have never had a more pleasant interview process. Everyone was extremely friendly- not intimidating at all. They asked the typical questions you might expect- nothing that really threw me off. The Staff Attorneys were newer, so they were able to speak to the experience from a fresh perspective and helped me know exactly what to expect. Process was streamlined and hiring director kept good communication between interviews. Asked for three references and a writing sample between the first and second interview. Offer came very quickly after the second interview.
