You meet with the Head of School. In my case, the interview was quite standard. The Headmaster began by delving into my educational background. He then asked me to describe my teaching teaching experience at multiple levels. We established a solid rapport which naturally led to him extending an offer accompanied by a brief negotiation and concluding with my acceptance and a handshake.
