Engaged and they asked me questions and I answered them and it was on zoom and we finished the interview after 20 minutes. IT was a good interview and they offered me the job.

It was a 30-minute virtual interview that took place over Zoom with the Development Director. It was a first round interview, with 15 minutes or so worth of questions and time for questions afterwards.
