Interview
The first step was a standard call with the recruiter. She indicated they wanted someone with full-time experience (I'm a new grad so I don't have any) but I still moved on. The second was an in-person interview with a manager from the team. The manager did not prepare at all for the interview. The interview consisted of the interviewer reading through my resume for the first time and asking some basic questions.

behavioural interviews, case study and presentation. First couple interviews are vibe checks and then once you pass those they get to the case study. You have 2 days to complete it and then you present to your team/VP's

Interview
Submitted application on comoany website and got an interview request from HR about a week later. Met with hiring manager and team member at first interview. Another interview was scheduled about a week later with higher ups. HR ghosted after the second interview so I guess they went with another candidate.
