Applied online, was contacted by HR for an interview. Filled out paper application and met with the assistant DON. She explained what they do, about their residents, my expected shift duties. I now will be further contacted by HR to complete the hiring process (background check, drug screen, etc)

Friendly and great interview questions. The interviewer was a great listener opportunities for the position were discussed. The interviewer gave plenty of time for responses and positive feedback expectations for benefits work open for discussion also
