4-5 rounds of interviews spanning a month. Friendly staff. Committed to growing the company. Recruiter is proactive. Seems like meaningful work. The timing of the interview and job offer did t work out but it seems like a lovely place to make a difference.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living
Interview
After submitting your application if they are interested you will be asked to visit with the immediate management of the community with the available opportunity. Next you will typically visit with the mid and then senior management. If they are looking to move forward you will take your drug test and then wait for the final offer.

Question 1
Why do you believe you would be successful with dealing with seniors? (obvious but it needs to make good sense and not be generic)
I applied online. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living in Nov 2018
Interview
Experience-Based process that will encourage you to rely heavily on your ability to build relationships and execute tasks. Not difficult, but not suited for an introvert. Those with sales or customer service background should not have an issue with the process.

"Tell me about a time where you had conflict in the workplace."
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living (Detroit, MI) in May 2015
Interview
I submitted my resume after discussing with supervisor. Once a position at another community opened I sent my resume directly to the manager as well as posted on internal website. It took about a week for me to be called to interview. I interviewed with the manager and am now waiting for feedback from the interview to know what to do next. I am not sure how long the process will take at this point since it is the first position I'm applying for.
