I wouldn’t recommend the recruitment process. The interview experience felt uncomfortable and unbalanced, with the director presenting an attitude that suggested candidates should be grateful simply to be there.
There was little consideration for neurodiverse candidates. The interview lacked structure and involved being bombarded with rapid questions, which made it unnecessarily challenging and did not allow candidates to perform at their best.
After reaching the final stage, there was no feedback provided despite follow-ups, and communication from recruitment ceased entirely. Being ghosted at that stage is disappointing and unprofessional.
Overall, the process resulted in wasted time, energy and unnecessary frustration.
