It was initially conducted by an Assistant and later by the Manager. It was for about 10 minutes and did not ask much questions. Only basic questions were asked and were not much interested to dig dipper.

I chatted with Miscelleana about the position and my resume, and then I had to fill out a page of mock customer service situations. They were all from angry "customers" and Bronson wanted to see how the responses of candidates lined up with their goals and expectations.
