I was informed by telephone that I had been selected for interview. The interview took place at the Woodlands centre in Woodside. I was interviewed by my senior support worker and line manager. During my interview I was asked a lot of varied questioned and asked for my thoughts on the new role.

After submitting a written application online I was interviewed and also completed some written assessments. Once I had completed this I was called back to shadow a Bromford member of staff to see the job in practice to ensure this was something that I wanted to do.
