Interview process was straightforward. First call with the CEO (Peter) and Partner (Stacey). Then had a follow up call with (Stacey) as she was running late on the first call. The calls themselves went great and Peter even acknowledged I'll be a great fit prior to ending the call. My 2nd call with Stacey also went great and ended with a positive note. After that, I followed up after a couple days for am update and nothing. I followed up a couple more times and nothing. They just go ghost and have no respect of your time or the professionalism to even give you a simple update. I ended up speaking to some internal individuals and they mentioned to avoid if possible as they're overall teams are managed poorly so that explains alot about the management's wok ethics...
