Broadnet (CO) interview questions

Had a total of 4 interviews, one with HR, and then 3 with director and VP's. Overall, I just described previous work experience and how it relates to what they were looking for.

I was approached by a recruiter for this position, which I accepted and applied. The recruiter said that they are interested in my application but wanted me to complete a code challenge before they would be willing to speak with me. This dehumanizing process of expecting you to perform before they are even willing to spare a few minutes to speak with you is degrading. Needless to say, I refused.
