Had a good interview. Could tell they were impressed. Then was offered a job 2 titles below what I was interviewed for. Eventually got the position I wanted. At a very reduced rate. First couple of days was seriously thinking about moving on for more pay. But when i did my research I realized that all the companies in the local area payed the same rate
