Heavy disconnect between the recruiter and the team. More focussed on stumping the candidates they don't think belong in the organization than asking real questions. Make sure you're not a minority when you apply to the Account Rep team - Let's just say execs Philbin & Butler aren't going to like you if your skin isn't a certain color.

Interview
The interview was done in person at their local office. The process was slightly difficult and was told to expect feedback within a week regardless of a decision. Never received any feedback from the people interviewing even after sending a follow-up email requesting feedback. Was sent an automated rejection email with no feedback. Very unprofessional.
