Interview
The hiring process (3 interviews total) was very professional and much more laid back than I expected. I was prepared to answer anything from my knowledge of the music industry and music publishing, and instead they first and foremost wanted to know about me, my interests, and questions and concerns I had.

Question 1
The head of our department asked me, "What do you want to know about us?" I was so focused on the business side and what I could offer, that I almost didn't have a good question for them about what I needed to know about the company. Just be prepared to show your personality/human side as well as be knowledgeable about the industry.
