Interview
It was an online application process, but I was an intern before applying. Interview process was standard and consisted of a conversation with the Managing Director and the Director of Membership. The questions centered on "weaknesses/strengths" and "how would handle X situation." Any questions on my resume were discussed at the time of the interview as well.
